We just wanted to thank you so very much for all of your help during our first home-buying experience. Doug and I were thrilled this worked out perfectly for us—timing, location, price, condition of the home, etc. We couldn’t have asked for a better first house, with our limited budget, and we couldn’t have found it and become the new owners without you.
We worked a lot this weekend on preparing the home to be painted. We cleaned a ton and completed our first project together—installing a new door and painting the shutters, as well as powerwashing the home.

Shannon Thomas is the best realtor I have ever met and/or had the pleasure of working with - and I have had several through the years! Not only did she work hard to find me what I wanted, she was very good at handling all of the many details involved. Shannon is also a very patient person - I bought one house, changed my mind, received my earnest money back and bought another. Through it all, she never seemed unnerved. Jamie Dickerson did a great job photographing my home and the virtual tour was awesome. My home sold for full price to the second person to view. Great job and thank you, Shannon.
